Our company has 40 real estate assets in total, grouped into 24 operating units. These assets are geographically distributed as follows: 20 in Mallorca, 1 in Menorca, 1 in Ibiza, 1 in Formentera and 1 in Barcelona.

Logistics

Logistics-industrial complex located in a strategic point on the Zaragoza-Barcelona motorway and 150 kms from the French border. It consists of 3 industrial buildings on the ground floor and an annex office building on 3 floors. It has storage space for up to 5,000 vehicles.

Industrial and Commercial

Office building of 540 m2 on 2 floors and adjoining commercial premises of 220 m2 on an industrial plot in the industrial estate closest to Palma Airport. The industrial land, which consists of 3 separate parts on the same street, is completely asphalted and fenced.

Hotels

Elegant hotel in Palma, in the area of Cala Mayor, just in front of the Royal Palace of Marivent. It has a total of 16 rooms and flats, all of them very functional, and on the fifth floor there is a rooftop swimming pool with views of the sea and the Marivent Palace.
