Since our incorporation in 2022, OK PROPERTIES SOCIMI, has stood out for its economic solvency, which has allowed us to consolidate a solid position in the real estate market, especially in the Balearic Islands. Following a patrimonialist approach philosophy, we specialise in the acquisition and management of real estate assets, focusing on the industrial and logistics sectors.
Our extensive experience in this sector has also enabled us to acquire unique office buildings for lease, generating profitability in an efficient and sustainable manner. At OK PROPERTIES SOCIMI, we value sustainability in all aspects of our business. We consider both environmental sustainability and sustainability in the value creation process, focusing on quality, innovation and efficient management of our assets.

D. OTHMAN KTIRI
Founder and President of the Board
Entrepreneur and financial investor based in Mallorca since 2004, where he started in the automotive world. In 2005 he created his own company which has grown to become the OK Group holding company, which closed the 2022 financial year with a turnover of more than 418.5 million euros, and whose main shareholding is the OK Mobility Group.
The group brings together different business activities, with more than 700 employees and a presence in 14 countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Greece, Malta, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, the United States, Morocco, Albania, Romania and France. Through OK Mobility, the group’s mobility brand, the company offers global mobility solutions to individuals, the self-employed and companies.
As part of its commitment to the sponsorship of new entrepreneurs, Ktiri also has a venture capital company, OK Venture, which offers advice to entrepreneurs and financing to projects that generate value, are differentiating and propose a transformational business model for society, sustainable in the long term.
Othman Ktiri is also CEO of the investment company OK PROPERTIES SOCIMI, created in 2022 and listed since 2023 on the Euronext Paris stock exchange, specialising in the acquisition and management of real estate assets for leasing in a profitable, efficient and sustainable manner.
In 2018, Ktiri reaffirmed its commitment to society with the creation of the Othman Ktiri Foundation, which carries out various solidarity projects and actions aimed at improving the conditions of vulnerable groups.
Since July 2022, Ktiri has held the position of President of the Balearic Association of Car Rental Companies (Baleval).
Othman Ktiri’s trajectory as an entrepreneur was recognised in 2017 with the CEPYME 500 seal awarded to leading companies in business growth. In 2018 he was named finalist for the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2018’ awarded by the CAEB. In 2019, the publication Actualidad Económica of El Mundo, part of the Unidad Editorial group, awarded Ktiri as ‘Best Entrepreneur of the Balearic Islands 2019’. In May 2023 he was elected ‘Best Moroccan Businessman in the World’ at the Moroccan World Trophies 2023.
Since 2020 he has been a member of the Alliance for Excellence in Tourism (Exceltur).
D. JOSÉ ESCANDELL ESCANDELL
Member of the Board
Economist specialising in Business Administration and Management – Tax Area since 1996. He excelled during his undergraduate studies and obtained the extraordinary qualification ‘PREMIO CUM LAUDE’.
His final year project was carried out at the prestigious Instituto de Estudios Fiscales (School of Public Finance attached to the Ministry of Finance) and obtained the extraordinary qualification ‘PREMIO CUM LAUDE’.
He has completed several Master’s degrees at the most prestigious universities in Spain: Master’s Degree in Public Finance, Tax System and Tax Procedure at the Complutense University of Madrid and Master’s Degree in Account Auditing at the University of Vic.
He has also taken courses and specialisation programmes in taxation: Advanced Course in International Tax Planning at the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF); and the Training and Specialisation Programme in International Taxation (1997-2002) at the Instituto de Estudios Fiscales (Ministry of Finance).
Escandell is a member of the Ilustre Colegio Oficial de Titulados Mercantiles y Empresariales de les Illes Balears. He is a practising member of the Register of Chartered Accountants of the Higher Council of Economists; a practising member of the General Register of Tax Advisors (REAF) and of the General Register of Forensic Experts (REFOR) attached to the Higher Council of Economists; and a practising member of the Higher Council of Economists.
He is a regular participant and speaker in taxation courses and training.
D. LORENZO RAMÓN BAGUR MUNAR
Member of the Board & Secretary
Graduated in Law at the University of the Balearic Islands in 2013 with an experience abroad at the Salzburg Universität (Austria). He is fluent in Spanish, Catalan and English.
She completed the Master’s Degree in Law at the University of the Balearic Islands in 2013 and passed the national assessment for lawyers in 2015. She is a member of the Iltre. Bar Association of the Balearic Islands since 2016.
He has worked for more than eight years as in-house legal counsel in leading national and international companies in the tourism and mobility sector (Sixt Spain, Ávoris part of the Barceló Group and OK Mobility).
He has completed a Master’s Degree in Business Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2021.
His current professional practice focuses on real estate investment and international business as Corporate Legal Manager of OK GROUP.
